10月10號 ／trump 威脅增加中國100%關稅，所有資產隨即下跌。VOO 跌穿50sma, 所以今日造就一個很好的買入位置，將8，9月份未買的投資放入股市。月供就係唔time the market 如果要time the market, 用炒倉time。當明顯底位先用大錢入。但當明顯低位時，你一定唔會想入。好似4月個陣咁 ／Diary of CEO 很有意思：探討金錢，幾乎所有人都agree 將錢放落S&P 500。Remove emotion from financial decision。all agree 1st property is not an investment, its an expense. ok accept it. coast fire concept: save and invest enough money that my retirement portfolio can grow on its own through compound interest without needing further contributions.
