 /最近睇左好多關於new age 的片，用左好多科學／不科學方式去解釋世界運作，不論這是否真理，用萬物皆為一的心態去待人，能夠容易找到inner peace. /find your highness self, follow your heart and the universe will help you achieve. /真實地面對自己 ／轉念能幫助所有事情，因為發生的所有事都是由意念創造。

 ／今晚聽左goodwhale 投資講座，最後決定冇買到課程。原因： 1，佢話價值投資，但又講用options幫佢今年賺左幾多錢，有d contradiction。交易就交易，投資就投資。交易係主動收入。如果用資產配置，options 有時間值，冇可能做到一年睇一次盤然後再平衡。 2，不過有樣野take away: 你願意為自己目標工作嗎？感恩工作能讓我活著，讓我有條件儲錢同投資。 3，選股strategy: 可以用番施傅方法，自己選股，係冇做囉。可以ETF + crypto + individual stocks + trading 4，資產配置： i) 保障型：3－6 months cash or equivalent  ii) 防守型: 大盤ETF, bonds, reits, dividend stocks, iii) 進攻型：個股，新興行業ETF， iv) crypto, 藝術品 etc 虧錢只有兩個原因：買錯標的，賣錯時機， 價投準則：1 right business model; 2 right management; 3 right valuation vs price 問自己：公司用咩來賺錢？未來十年能不能繼續？用施傅方法：睇cash flow, ratio + ai幫你分析 最緊要都係行動  

 / 今日又放假，我發覺個人成日諗住做，但又懶得做，不如set個時間俾自己先，唔好理質量住，spare the time 做左先，然後其他時間唔好諗。咁樣專注力先夠集中。先理好自己唔好理人住 ／trading tips 1: only focus on high quality trade. before entering a trade, ask yourself every reason not to take the trade 2: treating trading as a game first. Win / loss is the part of the game 3: do not take profit too soon. it will prevent to whole edge to play out. Follow the plan 4: using one strategy at a time. hyperfocus on mastering one strategy first. practise this! 5: preserve your capital. 3 losses in a row then stop 6: Do not set / chase daily profit goal
