 / 今日又放假，我發覺個人成日諗住做，但又懶得做，不如set個時間俾自己先，唔好理質量住，spare the time 做左先，然後其他時間唔好諗。咁樣專注力先夠集中。先理好自己唔好理人住

1: only focus on high quality trade. before entering a trade, ask yourself every reason not to take the trade

2: treating trading as a game first. Win / loss is the part of the game

3: do not take profit too soon. it will prevent to whole edge to play out. Follow the plan

4: using one strategy at a time. hyperfocus on mastering one strategy first. practise this!

5: preserve your capital. 3 losses in a row then stop

6: Do not set / chase daily profit goal
